Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions
- Promote and sell specialized medical products through consultative selling techniques
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth technical training to healthcare providers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and support
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular performance reports
- Adhere to healthcare regulations and ethical sales practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build professional rapport
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in healthcare sector
- Deep understanding of medical product applications and healthcare systems
- Valid Singapore driving license (for client visits) and willingness for fieldwork
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Fluency in English with excellent presentation skills
