Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely shipments
- Process international sales orders and maintain accurate transaction records
- Communicate with overseas clients regarding order status and shipping updates
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade policies
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve export sales targets
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and shipping issues proactively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export documentation or sales administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and export documentation software
- Strong understanding of customs procedures and international shipping regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
