We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Force Marketing for Danastra in our Cikarang office, located in Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
As a Sales Force Marketing representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by offering Danastra, a fast and easy cash loan product secured with motorcycle ownership documents (BPKB). Your primary responsibility is to conduct marketing and sales activities to reach potential customers who require quick funding solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct marketing and sales activities to promote Danastra cash loan products secured by motorcycle BPKB.
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned area (Cikarang and surrounding).
- Present product features and benefits to customers and address inquiries.
- Assist customers in the application process for cash funding.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Report sales activities and progress to the supervisor regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous sales experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Own a motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C for field activities.
- Target-oriented, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to be based in Cikarang, Bekasi.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English skills are a plus.
- Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve results.
