Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize product distribution in the Sangatta territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs
- Present product demonstrations and promotional activities to end consumers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales tactics
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team to implement promotional campaigns in assigned territory
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or retail sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in East Kalimantan
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English fluency is advantageous
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for field activities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
