Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of mobile phones and accessories through product demonstrations and consultative selling
- Exceed monthly sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional approach
- Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales objectives

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer focus
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital sales tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
