Tanggung Jawab
- Welcoming and greeting customers warmly upon their arrival at the store.
- Assisting customers in selecting the right gadgets based on their specific needs and budget.
- Demonstrating product features, specifications, and accessories to potential buyers effectively.
- Processing sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Managing inventory levels and reporting any stock discrepancies to the management.
- Maintaining the sales floor in a clean, organized, and visually appealing condition.
- Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic understanding of technology or gadgets is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Positive attitude, energetic, and willing to learn new products quickly.
