We are seeking a dedicated Sales Haji Officer to represent our premium Hajj and Umrah travel services in the Tangerang area. In this role, you will be the bridge between our organization and the community, helping prospective pilgrims fulfill their spiritual journeys while achieving your own career milestones.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly Hajj package sales targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to prospective pilgrims regarding our Hajj and Umrah travel programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, community leaders, and local religious organizations in the Tangerang region.
- Provide comprehensive support to clients throughout the registration, administrative, and documentation process.
- Participate in local exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our packages remain competitive in the Tangerang market.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the travel, insurance, or banking industry.
- Deep understanding or strong interest in Hajj and Umrah travel industry regulations and processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and meet challenging targets.
- Willingness to travel and mobilize within the Tangerang area.
- Professional appearance and high integrity in handling client documentation.
- Ability to operate basic office software (Microsoft Office/WhatsApp Business).
