Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Hajj packages in the Balaraja area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and potential clients
- Provide detailed information about Hajj services, packages, and related products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure smooth customer journey experiences
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics
- Participate in community events to promote Hajj services
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in travel or religious services
- Strong knowledge of Hajj procedures and cultural requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement for area mobility
