Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct face-to-face and remote sales consultations regarding Hajj packages and itineraries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the Jember area.
- Process Hajj applications, collect necessary documentation, and ensure accuracy in records.
- Provide accurate information regarding Hajj regulations, visa requirements, and travel schedules.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with tour operators and government agencies for logistics.
- Assist clients with visa processing and travel arrangements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or Hajj/Umrah industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid SIM A (preferably SIM B1) for local travel.
- High integrity, reliability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel within the Jember area as needed.
