Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire new clients by promoting Hajj and Umrah packages through direct sales, networking, and community engagement.
- Conduct informational presentations, seminars, and roadshows to educate potential pilgrims about the pilgrimage process and available packages.
- Provide personalized consultation to clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable pilgrimage programs.
- Manage and maintain a database of leads and clients to ensure consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
- Prepare sales reports and track monthly targets to ensure business growth in the Malang area.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination for clients who book packages.
- Represent the company at local events and religious gatherings to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or Hajj/Umrah industry.
- Degree in any field; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and build trust.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings for events or meetings.
- Residing in Malang or willing to relocate to the area.
- Fluent in Indonesian and possess a valid ID Card (KTP).
- High integrity, empathy, and a strong passion for helping others achieve their spiritual goals.
