As the Sales Head, you will leverage your deep industry expertise to identify new market opportunities, optimize sales pipelines, and elevate our brand presence. You will play a crucial role in aligning our property portfolio with the right buyers, managing key broker relationships, and collaborating closely with marketing to execute high-impact campaigns.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of real estate sales agents and managers to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and campaigns to maximize revenue and market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Formulate and monitor sales forecasts, budgets, and performance KPIs.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to upgrade team capabilities and product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and project development teams to align promotional strategies with sales goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of solid experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas within the property sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine real estate market, regulations, and customer demographics.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance analytics.
