Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise shelves and displays to maintain optimal inventory levels and visual appeal.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, ensuring all products are correctly priced and labeled.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to keep the sales floor, storage areas, and displays clean and organized.
- Assist in inventory counts and help track stock discrepancies.
- Support the sales team with promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Senior High School graduate preferred).
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar sales support role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking shelves.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow organizational guidelines.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
