Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, approach, and acquire new micro-entrepreneur clients through targeted market research and field activities
- Conduct comprehensive product presentations explaining microcredit features, benefits, and eligibility criteria
- Complete client documentation and ensure compliance with credit approval processes
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales service
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as outlined in the performance agreement
- Collaborate with credit assessment team to ensure smooth application processing
- Participate in monthly sales meetings and training programs for professional development
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA) with preference for candidates with bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or microfinance
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with ability to explain complex financial products simply
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in competitive environments
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for client field visits
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for documentation and reporting
- Residence in Surabaya or surrounding areas with deep market knowledge
- Integrity and commitment to ethical sales practices
