Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets for Manado projects.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales consultants to maximize individual and team productivity.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages in the local market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, corporate clients, and property buyers.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and negotiation to closing and after-sales service.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, project management, and finance teams to ensure project readiness and smooth transaction flows.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting and feedback to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or property development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Manado and North Sulawesi.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
