Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for retail/consumer products
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years in sales leadership or retail management
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong team management and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail/consumer products market in Indonesia
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics
