Kualifikasi
- 3-5 years' experience in retail management (fashion/footwear/lifestyle preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in retail reporting tools
- Exceptional leadership and team development abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Jakarta retail market dynamics
