Gojek is looking for a dynamic Sales Learning & Development Senior Associate to join our Sales Excellence team in Makassar. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the growth of our Food, Ads & Merchants divisions by designing and delivering high-impact training programs.
You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring our frontline sales teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive training modules tailored to Sales and Merchant growth initiatives.
- Analyze performance data to identify training gaps and design targeted learning interventions.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions for internal sales teams and merchant partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align learning content with business KPIs and market requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post-training assessments and ROI metrics.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to field sales leaders to drive team performance.
- Maintain and update the library of sales enablement materials, playbooks, and digital training assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, or a similar enablement role.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, specifically within the tech or FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to translate complex business strategies into easy-to-understand learning content.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable training improvements.
