Ondel Technology is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Logistics Specialist to support our expanding logistics operations. As part of our team, you will manage the end-to-end process of car rental coordination, from initial client consultation to vehicle delivery and return. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage car rental services for logistics clients across various regions in Indonesia to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify client requirements and propose suitable vehicle solutions and rental terms.
- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, vehicle condition reports, and billing details in the CRM system.
- Ensure the timely availability of vehicles for scheduled logistics operations, deliveries, and client projects.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues regarding rental policies, vehicle availability, and logistics scheduling.
- Monitor fleet utilization and report on performance metrics and operational efficiency to management.
- Process administrative paperwork and documentation related to vehicle rentals and service contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, logistics management, or the car rental industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office productivity tools (Excel, Word).
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
