We are currently seeking an ambitious and high-achieving Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. As our Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion and revenue growth. We pride ourselves on a culture of excellence where results are highly rewarded; our unique compensation package includes a 3% commission on net sales, claimed and paid out monthly, ensuring that your financial success is directly linked to your performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share in the engineering sector.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance on lead generation, proposal development, and closing techniques.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and technical teams to ensure product offerings meet client specifications and project requirements.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to the senior management team.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and service agreements to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact through to payment collection and after-sales support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales management, specifically within the engineering, industrial, or manufacturing industries.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong technical literacy with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts to clients.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a high-performing sales team.
- Superior negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and site visits.
