Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for beauty products in Kalimantan region
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years sales management experience in beauty/FMCG industry
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Deep understanding of Kalimantan market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM systems
