Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for dental consumables and medical devices.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors.
- Conduct engaging and highly technical product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals and dentists.
- Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and actively expand the customer base within Jakarta and surrounding areas.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the marketing and product teams.
- Prepare regular sales reports, accurate forecasts, and maintain up-to-date client records within the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, training, and troubleshooting to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and product adoption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a background in Dentistry, Pharmacy, or Public Health is highly advantageous.
- Proven working experience as a Sales Manager, Account Executive, or similar role within the medical device or dental care industry.
- Strong technical understanding of dental consumables, equipment, and general medical devices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage medical professionals effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C) and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
