Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve annual sales budgets and corporate objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and professional growth.
- Drive outlet merchandising excellence to increase product visibility and market share.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and retail partners.
- Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights and reports to senior management.
- Manage sales operations efficiency to optimize resources and improve bottom-line results.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Malay.
- In-depth understanding of retail merchandising and trade marketing strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and sales CRM software.
- Highly analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
