Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored for club and entertainment center clients.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of high-value accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities in the Bekasi region.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Present professional proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business deals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly and effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the Horeca or entertainment industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
