You will be responsible for building high-performing pipelines, nurturing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our innovative technology ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for HRIS and ERP products.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales executives to ensure high performance and career development.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Indonesian market to expand our client base.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and solution demonstrations to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to refine our value proposition based on market feedback.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting using CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, specifically in HRIS, ERP, or SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing successful sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian business landscape and HR/Operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and office productivity tools.
