Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for HRIS and ERP products.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales executives to ensure high performance and career development.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Indonesian market to expand our client base.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and solution demonstrations to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to refine our value proposition based on market feedback.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting using CRM tools.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, specifically in HRIS, ERP, or SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing successful sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian business landscape and HR/Operational workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and office productivity tools.
