We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager GT (General Trade) to lead our pet food division's growth strategy. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in FMCG sales and a passion for the pet industry. You will drive revenue expansion by developing innovative sales plans, managing key distributor relationships, and executing market penetration strategies across Jakarta's competitive retail landscape. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with hands-on team leadership to achieve ambitious sales targets while building Sukanda Djaya's presence in the premium pet food segment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for pet food products in general trade channels
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, retailers, and hypermarket partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management
- Coordinate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and product launches
- Ensure optimal product visibility and availability across assigned retail outlets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in FMCG or pet food industry
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in retail distribution
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional sales teams
- Expertise in distributor/retailer relationship management and contract negotiation
- Advanced analytical skills for market assessment and sales forecasting
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; proficiency in CRM software
