Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily sales operations and strategies for the property division.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve individual and team targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market share.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to demonstrate the value of our real estate offerings.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property sales, real estate, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a sales team.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
