Join Bangsar Heights Pavilion as a Sales Manager (Property Development - Overseas Market) and spearhead our ambitious expansion into international real estate markets. Based in Johor Bahru, you'll lead a dynamic sales team to drive property sales across key global territories, developing strategic market entry plans and fostering high-value client relationships. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape our overseas growth strategy while mentoring top-performing sales professionals. You'll collaborate with development teams to align sales initiatives with market demands, analyze emerging trends in international property markets, and optimize sales processes for maximum conversion. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in overseas markets
- Develop strategic market entry plans for international property development projects
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and international partners
- Analyze market trends, competition, and regulatory landscapes in target regions
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams on campaign execution and product positioning
- Monitor KPIs and provide performance reports to senior leadership
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in property sales with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record in international sales or cross-border real estate transactions
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and cross-cultural communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of international property markets and regulatory frameworks
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language
