Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed project sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and service standards.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales tactics.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and property viewing to closing and post-sales follow-up.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to design effective promotional campaigns and collateral.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential property investors, agents, and stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property sales or real estate development, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in the luxury or residential property sector.
  • Strong networking skills and an established database of potential investors/buyers is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for site visits.
