Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients and partners within the Takaful industry.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on insurance benefits and financial planning.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence in Johor Bahru.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Valid driving license and access to personal transport (essential for client visits).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and persuade others effectively.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong drive for success and career advancement.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
