We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our solar energy division in Quezon City. As a key growth driver, you'll develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our renewable energy footprint across residential and commercial markets. This role requires strategic vision to position cutting-edge solar solutions while managing marketing initiatives and building high-performing sales teams. You'll identify new business opportunities, establish key partnerships, and lead the charge in transitioning clients to sustainable energy solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and drive sales targets, quotas, and KPIs for the solar division
- Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate residential and commercial solar markets
- Generate new business through lead generation, cold outreach, and partnership development
- Position solar products effectively through targeted marketing campaigns and competitive analysis
- Manage and mentor sales teams to achieve performance objectives and skill development
- Oversee marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, trade shows, and client events
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights for strategy refinement
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in sales management with 2+ years in renewable energy sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing sales teams
- Expertise in solar products, energy solutions, and industry regulations
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
