Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Sumatera sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for retail/consumer products in the Sumatera region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retail partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable coaching to team members
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotions
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for regional management
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in retail/consumer products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in team leadership roles
- Strong understanding of Indonesian retail market dynamics in Sumatera
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
