As a Sales Marketing professional, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our market reach, and ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible. You will work closely with the management team to implement effective sales strategies and capitalize on new market opportunities in the vibrant Jakarta automotive scene.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the company's client network.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct professional product presentations and provide expert advice on automotive accessory selections.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for the management team.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing or Business preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with basic sales management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and hit tight deadlines.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for mobility within the Jakarta area.
