Diana Flat Glass Processing is seeking a dynamic Sales Marketing professional to drive our growth in the architectural and civil engineering sectors. You will play a pivotal role in crafting effective marketing strategies and executing sales plans to capture new opportunities and retain existing clients. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about building relationships and has a keen eye for the construction industry.
Your main focus will be on maintaining and expanding our network of customers and clients. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, presenting our high-quality glass solutions to architects and contractors, and closing deals that align with our business goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the architectural and civil engineering market.
- Identifying, contacting, and building relationships with potential clients, including architects, engineers, and construction companies.
- Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Preparing professional proposals, quotations, and presentations to showcase Diana Flat Glass Processing products.
- Maintaining and nurturing a strong network of existing clients to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to generate leads.
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure client requirements are met regarding quality and delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the construction, glass, or building materials industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications of glass products and explain them to clients.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A) as travel to client sites may be required.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
