Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Sales Manager in daily administrative tasks and lead management.
- Coordinate with existing and prospective clients regarding plastic resin product inquiries and specifications.
- Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and necessary shipping documentation for domestic and international trading.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to provide insights to the sales team.
- Maintain an organized database of clients, sales activities, and transaction logs.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery of resin shipments.
- Handle client complaints or inquiries professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or customer service, preferably within the industrial or chemical trading sector.
- Strong understanding of plastics resin products or commodity trading is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle data-driven sales reports.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willing to be based in the SCBD area, South Jakarta.
