Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote epoxy flooring and building material products to target clients.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the construction, industrial, and commercial sectors.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely manner.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to provide accurate product information and tailored solutions to clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the building material, chemical, or construction industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence clients and close deals.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written) is highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Familiarity with epoxy flooring, industrial coatings, or similar building materials is a strong plus.
