We are currently seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Marketing professional to expand our market reach in the Sumatera region. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building long-term relationships with distributors, and promoting our premium foam and springbed collections.

You will be the face of Gadingmas Wirajaya, ensuring our products reach every corner of Sumatera. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market penetration for foam and springbed products in the Sumatera territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to distributors, retailers, and potential new clients across various cities in Sumatera.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing business partners.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the regional management team.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to provide actionable insights to the head office.
- Handle product presentations, negotiations, and contract closings with high-level decision-makers.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, expense reports, and travel itineraries as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any field (Marketing or Business Management preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Field Sales, or in a similar commercial role (Consumer Goods or Furniture industry is highly preferred).
- Willing to be based or travel extensively within the Sumatera area for extended periods.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a goal-oriented attitude.
- Capable of operating independently with minimal supervision while representing the company professionally.
- Proficiency in using basic mobile applications for reporting and communication.
- Must possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and be comfortable with long-distance travel.
