Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and company-wide targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for potential customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the digital printing sector.
- Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met accurately and on time.
- Regularly report on sales performance, pipelines, and market feedback to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the printing or creative industry.
- Maximum age of 40 years old.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Must be willing to undergo intensive sales and product training in Jakarta (mess and meals provided).
- Proficient in using basic office software (Microsoft Office, Email, etc.).
- Based in or willing to work in Yogyakarta.
