Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets in the digital printing market.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
- Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to meet specific client requirements.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management to adjust strategies as needed.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 40 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Willingness to undergo training in Jakarta (company provides accommodation/mess).
- Proactive, energetic, and goal-oriented with a strong drive for success.
- Basic knowledge of the printing industry or graphic design services is a significant advantage.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
