Are you a technical professional with a passion for client relations? PT. Trimegah Putera Makmur is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our complex technical solutions and our customers, translating engineering excellence into value-driven sales narratives.
We are looking for a proactive communicator who understands that successful sales are built on trust, technical accuracy, and relationship management. You will be instrumental in presenting our products to diverse stakeholders, helping them solve their operational challenges, and driving our market presence in the region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to explain complex products/services to clients and prospects.
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities within the industrial or engineering sector.
- Provide technical support and expertise during the sales cycle to ensure product fit.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to provide feedback on market requirements and product improvements.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technology advancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) is preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or marketing role.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and support field operations.
