Whether you are reaching out via cold calls, digital outreach, or on-site visits, your efforts will directly contribute to our market expansion. Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email marketing, and direct networking.
  • Conduct regular site visits to build strong rapport and secure new business partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and project quotations to prospective customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies in the Cikarang region.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and ongoing negotiations in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing, steel, or industrial materials industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field visits.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) and own personal transportation is highly preferred.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
