Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email marketing, and direct networking.
- Conduct regular site visits to build strong rapport and secure new business partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and project quotations to prospective customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies in the Cikarang region.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and ongoing negotiations in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing, steel, or industrial materials industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field visits.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) and own personal transportation is highly preferred.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
