Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage strong relationships with existing and potential clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the internal creative team to translate client requirements into compelling event and activation concepts.
- Actively scout and pitch creative marketing solutions that align with brand goals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiations.
- Execute experiential marketing projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and client feedback to management.
- Represent Meteora at industry events and networking functions to expand our professional presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or event management.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian marketing landscape, particularly in events and activations.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with modern CRM tools.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
