Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with brand objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasting for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a Sales or Marketing role.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
