Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute effective, efficient sales visits to expand market reach and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure high satisfaction.
- Provide timely, accurate, and helpful service to address customer inquiries and solve issues effectively.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company management.
- Conduct regular market monitoring to identify competitor activities and emerging trends.
- Prepare sales reports and documentation to provide insights on market performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies at the local level.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or field marketing is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the Kalimantan Selatan region for client visits.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C or A) and personal transportation.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
