Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to reach monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct professional presentations to prospective clients to showcase products and services.
- Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and the customer.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new leads while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales messaging with promotional campaigns.
- Provide detailed reporting on sales activities, conversion rates, and performance against targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Marketing Representative, or similar role (fresh graduates with strong negotiation skills are encouraged to apply).
- Strong command of verbal and written communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software usage.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
