- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence
- Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, hotels, and event organizers
- Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Represent the brand at industry events and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or luxury goods industry
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data
