Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing accounts.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional content and campaigns.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to expand business networks.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in sales or marketing roles within the local industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driving license is an advantage for client visits.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
