Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bengkulu region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with dealers, distributors, and key retail partners.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and technical support to customers and store staff.
- Manage marketing activities and in-store promotions to boost brand visibility and product sales.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for regional management.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless stock availability and delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the home appliance or electronics industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Bengkulu.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Possess a valid driverâs license and willing to travel within the assigned region.
