Duniatex Group, a leader in the global textile industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Surakarta. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, driving growth across both domestic and international markets. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our global footprint, identifying emerging market trends, and fostering long-term relationships with international clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for both local and export markets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand our international client base.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and negotiation to contract closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing domestic and global textile wholesalers and fashion brands.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent Duniatex Group at international trade shows, textile exhibitions, and industry networking events.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of export-import documentation and international trade regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (both written and verbal); ability to speak additional foreign languages is a major advantage.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious sales targets.
