Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote medical clinic services
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with healthcare providers, corporate partners, and referral sources
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the clinic's client base in the Badung region
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events)
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical services sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies
