Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve property sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify client needs and competitive landscape
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Organize property launches, exhibitions, and promotional events
- Collaborate with design and development teams on marketing collateral
- Manage CRM systems and analyze sales performance metrics
- Stay updated on Sabah's property market trends and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Real Estate
- Minimum 2 years experience in property sales/marketing
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel within Kota Kinabalu
- Strong understanding of Sabah's property market
